The Cathedral Social Action Team (CSAT) seeks to share the love, mercy, and peace of Christ with our neighbors by identifying local needs and striving to meet those needs as we volunteer, donate, and advocate in and for the parish and community.

We support our local baby pantry and participate in 40 Days for Life activities.
We support our local food pantry, participate in the annual Walk for Good Food, and distribute donated food baskets to our Hispanic community at Thanksgiving and Easter.
Partnering with Catholic Central High School, our Giving Tree program provides children’s Christmas gifts for 80-90 struggling families.
Our volunteers participate in the planning sessions to help identify and coordinate parish-wide charitable and social action activities.
Our Social Action is funded by our general offertory and partly through our Joy of the Gospel Fund.
