Six months is the minimum time to ensure sufficient and proper preparation for the Sacrament of Marriage.
Please reach out to your priest at the parish where you are registered to begin the marriage file preparation process.
One part of the marriage file is participating in a Pre Cana Retreat. You will give the certificate of completion to the priest preparing your marriage file.
Anyone who is baptized in the Roman Catholic faith, given that proper paperwork has been granted, may be married at the Cathedral.

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to secure the date. The balance is due two months prior to your wedding.
Dates and times offered…
Weddings are not scheduled on Sundays, Holy Week, Easter Vigil, Thanksgiving week, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, or dates designated by the Diocese.
