Scripture often refers to marriage, its origin and purpose, the meaning God gave to it, and its renewal in the covenant made by Jesus with his Church. Man and woman were created for each other.
Your witness of love for each other is a wonderful gift from God. At the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, we look forward to assisting you in your planning and preparation to receive the Sacrament of Matrimony.
Anyone who is baptized in the Roman Catholic faith, given that proper paperwork has been granted, may be married at the Cathedral.
Six months is the minimum time to ensure sufficient and proper preparation for the Sacrament of Marriage. It is recommended that you reach out to your priest or local Catholic Church to begin the process as soon as you can.
The cost for having your wedding at the Cathedral…
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure the date. The balance is due two months prior to your wedding.
